Using our recruitment services allows you to reduce the time spent sourcing talent and focus on your core business. Outsourcing also allows you to delegate administrative tasks related to recruitment, thus relieving you of an often long and not necessarily profitable process. Another notable advantage: the guarantee of benefiting from serious and verified profiles.
We mobilize our own databases, disseminate the job search ad on different channels, and refine the search through interviews and individual tests. These different levels of recruitment ensure a reliable and solid process.
Once the candidate is selected, a guarantee period is agreed upon with the client and provides for a replacement of the said candidate if he/she were to leave his/her position prematurely, whatever the reason for departure.
It is very simple! The cost of the interim is calculated as follows: hourly pay rate multiplied by the number of hours worked multiplied by the sales coefficient of the service requested.
The user company can request the replacement of the temporary worker if the latter is absent or does not meet its expectations. The multi-sector expertise of our consultants allows us to propose a suitable temporary worker in terms of skills and professional experience.
Choosing interim staffing can relieve a company of this replacement process, which is not necessarily in its area of expertise and requires investments in terms of time and costs.
In the event of an employee's absence or a temporary increase in activity, your company will be faced with difficulties that can only be resolved by recruiting additional personnel. In such situations, reactivity is essential in order not to impact the activity. In an emergency, we are conditioned to react to this kind of situation. Usually, we are able to find you a suitable temporary worker for the position to be filled within 48 hours.
The Self employment (or micro-entrepreneur) status is a simplified system of individual business. It makes it easier to create a profit-making company, while taking advantage of simplified administrative procedures and tax and social security contributions.
- Possibility of invoicing and exercising the activity at home
- Reduced taxation
- Simplified procedure for the creation/removal of the business
- Exemption from bookkeeping
- No turnover, no tax
- You are a sole proprietor
- Your activity is industrial, commercial, craft or services
- Your annual turnover is <200.000 Dhs for services and <500.000 Dhs for industrial, commercial and craft activities
The public authorities have set up a system for financing on-the-job training (continuing education) for the continuous improvement of employees' skills. The main purpose of the CSF is to help companies implement continuing education programs by financing the development and implementation of training plans. Employers subject to the vocational training tax (TFP) and in good standing with the CNSS are eligible.
The reimbursement process is for scheduled training, unscheduled training and literacy training.
Applications for reimbursement are subject to a financial file that must be submitted by April 30 of year N+1* to the CSF Management Unit of the OFPPT where the application for funding (technical file) was submitted. Requests for reimbursement of training engineering actions are processed by the GIAC (Groupement Interprofessionnel d'Aide au Conseil) concerned.
The State has put in place a number of mechanisms and funds to encourage companies to upgrade their staff through training and consultancy, which can be paid for up to 100%.
- 100% of the costs incurred for sectoral engineering.
- 90% of the costs incurred for sectoral training actions.
- 70% to 80% of the costs incurred for engineering actions.
- 70% for the costs incurred for the realization of training plans.
- 80% for literacy actions.
- 40% for unplanned actions.
